Lyke Wake is one of the standout North Yorkshire holiday cottages. It's stood close to the North Yorkshire Moors since the 18th century. The cottage was originally a farmhouse, and it's been lovingly restored to its former glory over the years. It's named after the Lyke Wake Walk, established by the farm's then-owner Bill Cowley in the 1950s.
