A19 Northbound
Turn off for A172 (Stokesley), and follow the road past Ingelby Arncliffe and Ingelby Cross turnoffs. At Swainby Crossroads, turn left into Gold Hill Loop Road / Goldgate Lane. (3 miles) Follow the road for about half a mile over the humpback railway bridge to the white house at the top of the hill. Here, you will find Lyke Wake Cottage.

Turn off towards Stokesley at the Tontine and follow the road to the T junction, where you will meet the A172. Turn right towards Stokesley & Swainby. Follow the road past Ingelby Arncliffe and Ingelby Cross turnoffs. At Swainby Crossroads, turn left into Gold Hill Loop Road / Goldgate Lane (3 miles). Follow the road for about half a mile over the humpback railway bridge to the white house at the top of the hill. Here, you will find Lyke Wake Cottage.
